Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland today appointed State Rep. Tyrone K. Yates to the Hamilton County Municipal Court. Yates, 55, of Cincinnati, fills the seat vacated by the appointment of Judge Nadine Allen to the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas.
